Billboard Advertising

Q: What is an advertising network?
A: A collection of up to several hundred individual advertisements in different locations which may vary depending on your target demographic or desired distribution areas - our networks are optimized to ensure your ads get seen by as many people as possible.

Q: Can individual posters be booked instead of entire advertising networks?
A: When it comes to billboards - research has show that the best results are produced with the help of an entire network which ensures your advert reaches as many consumers as possible.  If  you’re looking for an advertising approach that is smaller in scope, we would recommend taking advantage of either our advertising pillar or poster campaigns. Both options can be booked individually - as well as in the form of smaller, flexible networks, that offer a perfect solution for long-term exposure or “hint” media.

Q: Which advertising network and/or which advert medium is best for me?
A: Our goal is to give all of our potential customers superior guidance on the best packages and/or individual advertisements to best suit their needs. In order for us to design the ideal advertising campaign for your business, please contact us by phone or email to set up a consultation.

Q: What is the advantage of booking a package?
A: Packages combine the advantages of the individual media with the added bonus of reaching a much larger target audience then would be possible with a single ad. Thus, achieving a more impactful public presence in Berlin’s hotspots and transportation hubs. Find out more information on our package offers, here: Further information can be found here: District packages / Berlin package.

Q: Can you design and print your advertising media independent of DIE DRAUSSENWERBER?
A: At this time, we do not offer printing or graphic design services but are happy to refer you to reputable graphic designers and printing companies, per your request.

Q: What are the most important things to consider when printing and choosing paper?
A: Here you will find all the information about the differing levels of paper quality and the printing process (in German).

Q: What are the size allowances for each advertising medium?
A: The DIN formats A1, A0 are standard - advertising pillars can also be posted in the 4/1 format. A more expansive offering of format varieties are available for long-term and/or hint advertisements or 6/1 and 8/1 formats through our marketing partner WallDecaux.

Q: Why do the networks and media have different designated posting-days?
A: In order to accommodate the posting of thousands of advertisement media throughout the capital city, seven days a week - we’ve implemented a large team to guarantee every ad is posted promptly on fixed days of the week. This ensured that all ads are posted in an organized and timely manner on the agreed upon date.

Long-term and Hint Advertising

Q: Can long-term and “hint” media be posted for shorter lengths of time than the booking period specified in the price-lists?
A: Shorter booking periods are usually possible upon request however, this may cause the monthly rental price to increase.
Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance via our contact page.

Q: Can floor decals be placed anywhere in the subway station?
